1 Data We Collect
When you submit the free website preview form, we collect the following information:
- Business name
- Industry
- City and state (location)
- Phone number
- Email address
- Website URL (optional)
We may also collect usage data automatically, including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages viewed, for analytics purposes.
2 How We Use Your Data
We use the information you provide to:
- Build and deliver your custom website preview
- Contact you about your preview status, expiration, and reactivation options
- Process payments if you choose to subscribe to a hosting plan
- Send follow-up communications about TWA Studio services (you may opt out at any time)
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3 Data Sharing
To deliver our service, we share your data with the following providers:
- GoHighLevel — CRM and contact management. Used to manage your record and send automated follow-up emails and SMS.
- Stripe — Payment processing. Used only when you initiate a payment. Stripe stores your payment method; we do not store card details.
- Netlify — Website hosting. Your form submission is received via Netlify Forms and your preview site is hosted on Netlify infrastructure.
Data is shared only with these service providers for the purposes stated above. Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and applicable data protection regulations.
4 Data Retention
- Preview site data and personal information is retained for 30 days after preview expiration if you do not subscribe.
- Active subscriber data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation.
- You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 6).
5 Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correct — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Delete — request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal and contractual obligations)
- Opt out — unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link in any email we send
